| You can contact any of these SNOs,
where, if needed, you will receive assistance
in the language of the country.

| In the countries where no agreements have been made European Retail Services will deal
with your request for free access to the European Service Pass Platform . Any questions you
might have in a language other than English will be responded to in English.
